For years, I made mud.
Expensive pastels I was too cautious to really use. Books I read cover to cover without it clicking. Classes where the instructor held back the good stuff — "don't give away your secrets" was the thing back then.
And even the workshops I loved had no follow-up. Once it was over, it was over. I couldn't go back and ask: Am I applying this correctly? Why did this painting fall apart?
I had to stumble my way along for years before it started to make sense. I don't want that for you. I want to give you the real instruction, the honest feedback, and the community that keeps you coming back to your studio — everything I needed and couldn't find.
That's what IGNITE! is. That's why I built it.
"Working alone in the studio can feel isolating. IGNITE! provides a warm, supportive community of artists who are always there for me."
